    All you need is a chair. Learn how to play Spelling B to challenge your brain in a new way and get a little gentle movement in as well.

  • Balancing Act

    We'll start seating in a sturdy chair, moving into a standing posture when ready. Challenge your balance safely in a fun new way.

    Free weights (or substitute items like water bottles or cans) are needed for this workout

  • 4 minutes 500 steps

    Take a short break from sitting, and add 500 steps to your pedometer in just 4 minutes. No equipment needed, and only as much space as one step side to side and front to back. A great way to re-energize and re-focus.
