Mobility
Mobility is a "cousin" of flexibility, so instead of holding a stretch, we'll be moving through a full range of motion, with the intention of extending the range of motion with each session. Mobility, along with flexibility, is a fantastic way of decreasing our daily aches and pains, and staying capable and independent.
